If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased please get in touch. Within 14 days of purchase you are entitled to a full refund on the return of the items/s. I have made every offer to ensure that items are photographed and illustrated in a true fashion.
If you have booked a workshop and can no longer attend, within 14 days of purchase you are entitled to a full refund [unless the workshop has already commenced]. After 14 days from purchase a no refund is available, but you can of course transfer the ticket to a friend or relative instead. Online Instant Access workshops are not eligible for a refund as the content is instantly transferred upon purchase.
Should I need to cancel a workshop a full refund will be issued.
Delivery
I aim to use environmentally friendly packaging options where I can and recycle packaging appropriately.
On dispatch of an item [purchased from my site] you will be sent an automated notification via email.
Deliveries outside the UK may incur local taxes, a customs declaration is required that details the contents of any foreign parcel. On purchases over £10 you may be charged import taxes/vat

I don't share or sell this information in any way.

Making a purchase or booking a workshop requires me to collect further information [address & telephone number] I need this to provide an efficient service and this information is only used for the purchase/booking that you have made.
Making a purchase or booking a workshop does not mean you will receive my newsletters - you need to subscribe separately.
