The next workshop is textile oriented and suitable for absolute beginners as well as begin able to challenge those with more experience.
Over many years I have taught patchwork and coordinated a range of community projects with this technique - as you’ll see in the range of attached images
Patchwork Pieces uses a mixture of cotton scraps and recycled fabrics to create new and exciting surfaces: use your patchworked cloth for a cushion cover, table mat or other personal project. (Waistcoat not Waste attendees could adapt this technique for their waistcoat fabric too). You'll learn a variety of patch working patterns that are truly transferrable to other sewing projects.
