Hand-collected sea glass from the shoreline near Whitby, on the North Yorkshire coast is paired with handmade sterling silver hoops in these simple, contemporary earrings.
Each piece of glass has been naturally softened and shaped by the sea over many years, creating its own subtle colour, texture and form. I select the pieces individually and make the silver setting to complement the shape of the glass, rather than imposing a uniform design.
The sea glass drops hang from generous sterling silver hoops, giving the earrings a little more movement and presence while remaining surprisingly lightweight.
The hoops have a simple, organic quality that works beautifully with the softly weathered surface of the glass — a meeting of something found and something made.
Two pairs of earrings in one. Wear the sterling silver hoops alone for a simple, contemporary look, or add the sea glass drops for a little more colour, texture and movement.
Each pair is unique, with natural variations in the colour, shape and surface of the sea glass.
Postage is included for orders over €100; otherwise there is a €4 contribution locally. International shipping is calculated individually. Your jewellery will arrive beautifully presented in a gift box.

Prices are shown in euros as this is the base currency of my studio. Your order will be made and shipped from the UK and sent with tracked UK delivery.
When I am in the UK, orders are will be made dispatched from Yorkshire using a tracked service or we can arrange collection by prior agreement.
Orders to Europe and the rest of the world are created and dispatched from Italy. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on destination and confirmed before payment.
Delivery is typically 7–10 days, though timings may vary slightly depending on destination and my travel schedule.
